Abstract
В статье рассматриваются методологические основы применения балансовых методов, необходимые для активного поддержания экономической политики в Кыргызской Республике в условиях внутренних и внешних шоков, для того, чтобы позволить правительству на основе фактических данных проводить симуляции по монетарным, фискальным, тарифно-ценовым, сельскохозяйственным, промышленным, трудовым, энергетическим, экологическим проблемам, а также проблемам торговой политики, бедности и занятости.
