Abstract
Mergers and acquisitions are increasingly based on a combination of intellectual property, and not tangible property. The Russian and foreign publications for 2009-2014. this is seen as a revolution in the organization of business, offering new forms of interaction of business, which should be used when developing the system modernization strategy of the regional economy of Russia.
