Abstract
In this work, we studied the issue of implementation of minimum complexity in the basis of polynominal Zhegalkin, effectively deneloped computational algorithm of analysis and synthesis Boolean function and circuits of functional elements. Results are recommended for using in the organizations database and knowledge of the field of applications of discrete mathematics and mathematical logic.
