Abstract
The hallmark of the updates of the regional system of education became Sevastopol pedagogical College named after P. K. Minkova. The College is a model of multidisciplinary and multi-level educational-methodological and scientific center focused on the training of teachers on the basis of innovative pedagogical and information technologies.
