Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению примера краткосрочного проекта. Авторы приходят к выводу, что краткосрочные проекты в строительной отрасли эффективны для реализации маломасштабных проектов и полностью оправдывают себя при грамотном соблюдении всех задач и целей, выполняемых исполнителем.
