Abstract

В статье рассматривается расследование уголовного дела о преступлении несовершеннолетнего, которое необходимо считать оконченным и подлежащим направлению в суд лишь в том случае, если были установлены все обстоятельства, указанные в ст. 73, 421 УПК РФ.
