Abstract
The article reveals the necessary qualities of the head of the choreographic team, pedagogical and psychological aspects. The work also presents the norms of communicative relationships within the choreographic group, on which the pedagogue should base on the formation of the ensemble. Various factors of relationship formation within the team, in particular, the relationship between the teacher and the students, as well as the relations between the students within the team as a whole are considered. The main attention is focused on the generalization of the basic means of realization of the work of the head for the successful formation of the student's cultural personality.
