Abstract

The personality of the teacher, his professional communication, his success are the key to the success of teaching and raising children. And relationships built on the basis of mutual respect, equality, complicity, faith in abilities, provide an opportunity for self-realization and personal development of each of the participants. This article discusses the conditions for creating a situation of success, which entail the goals of improving the quality of education in English lessons
