Abstract
One of the most important tasks of government agencies in the field of function-ing and development of the country's transport system is to create conditions for the development of the country's economy, increase the level of competitiveness of the economy in the international arena, improve the quality of life of the popu-lation by providing wide access to safe and high-quality transport services.
