Abstract
In our work, we talk about the problem of education of physical qualities and the formation of the technical skills of the skaters synchronous. In synchronized skating there is a mismatch between the requirements of discharge standards. Narrow specialization of the training process in synchronous skating prevents engaged in the development of basic technical skills skater. We conducted a study of the general physical, especially physical and technical training interpreters and singles skaters.
