the article deals with the problem of universal tools search, organizing preschool institution image management. As a solution to this problem the authors propose structural and procedural image model of the educational organization. The structural part of the model is made up from the components and image component groups, tools, activity directions and the procedural part is represented by the image management stages and their cycling.
