the article presents the methodology of constructing the most rational organizational structures of enterprise management. The author presents a method of constructing the most rational organizational structure is an ordered set of actions, which complies with basic requirements and subject to certain conditions, that allows to choose the authentic needs of the development of an organizational structure to formalize and regulate internal communication management system.
