The article deals with problems of interest and motivation to Physical education and sport from youth. The importance of increase in level of physical training is revealed and proved. On the basis of the conducted research the author offers introduction of course cheerleading within subject domain "Physical education" in institution of higher education.

Проанализированы литературные источники, позволившие заключить, что при комплексном подходе физические упражнения обладают положительным воздействием.
