the article discusses the researches on raspberry freezing of naturalized sorts of breeding of Kokinsk stronghold of All-Russia Selection-Technological Institute of Horticulture and Nursery. Based on the tests of raspberry freezing, the authors could select more suitable kinds of this variety with quality determination of frozen fruits.
