This article is reflection on the forms of human behavior , which are recognized in different cultures as a manifestation of human dignity. As such the author proposes to consider the forms of action and non-action , appropriate western and eastern way of understanding the human presence into being . The idea of human existence multilevel allows to fix common essential points of morphogenesis of action and non-action.

the article deals with the problem of universal tools search, organizing preschool institution image management. As a solution to this problem the authors propose structural and procedural image model of the educational organization. The structural part of the model is made up from the components and image component groups, tools, activity directions and the procedural part is represented by the image management stages and their cycling.
