this article describes the activity of pedagogical personnel in order to create necessary conditions for making a competitive person, a student of college – a graduate. The authors emphasize attention using the example of such condition as the process of pedagogical assistance for successful adaptation of graduates to professional activity. This article is of interest to directors and pedagogical body of professional educational institutions. It also may be used by graduates, applicants who study the problems of socio-professional students’ adaptation deliberately.
