The article considers the process of student's government participation at educational organizations of higher education and professional educational organizations in the activities of working groups to discuss some issues concerning students. Attention is paid to the legal component of the work of student's self-government. Analyzing the situation on this issue throughout the country, the author has noted the main directions of the development of student’s government as a civil institution of a democratic society.

The article discusses the election of bodies of student self-government in educational institutions of higher and professional education, which can contribute to the development of civil society in Russia. While considering this issue the author used the experience of all-Russian public organizations engaged in student self-government. The executive elections are already being considering according to the submitted scheme in various educational institutions. Creation of all conditions for the election process will allow students to develop a sense of civic responsibility.

Статья посвящена проблемам правовой гарантии прав и свобод молодежных объединений на примере организации студенческого самоуправления. Автор рассматривает способ организации работы студенческого самоуправления, выражающего интересы молодежи на всех уровнях.

The paper shows general mechanisms of youth socialization through self-government bodies of a high school. The characteristics of youth socialization, student self-government as an element of education-upbringing work are given. This article describes the activity of pedagogical personnel in order to create necessary conditions for making a competitive person, a student of college – a graduate. The authors emphasize attention using the example of such condition as the process of pedagogical assistance for successful adaptation of graduates to professional activity. This article is of interest to directors and pedagogical body of professional educational institutions. It also may be used by graduates, applicants who study the problems of socio-professional students’ adaptation deliberately.

В данной работе выполнен анализ воспитательной работы в Омском государственном университете путей сообщения, представлена специфика работы органов студенческого самоуправления. В статье отражены актуальные задачи воспитания молодежи в вузах.

В данной статье авторы рассматривают виды социально-воспитательных работ в высших учебных заведениях. К основным видам социально‐воспитательной работы исследователи относят духовно‐нравственное воспитание; гражданско‐патриотическое воспитание, правовое воспитание законопослушной личности, профессиональное воспитание, культурно‐эстетическое воспитание, физическое воспитание, профилактику асоциального поведения и т.д.

В статье рассматриваются особенности применения социальных технологий работы с лидерами студенческого самоуправления в НИУ «БелГУ». Представляется анализ, который определяет актуальные проблемы формирования лидеров.
