different monitoring methods of the academic teaching staff activity at the Department of the Perm Military Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation are offered in the article. The authors make conclusion about the possibility of the adventing the calculation of scientific activity of the teaching staff by an application program calculating the scientific rating.
