Annotation

The article begins with general information about NeoBool - rapid application builder for Windows. There are shown some specifics of NeoBook which make it effective instrument for teaching programming 14-years and elder pupils from the one hand and useful instrument for creating professional applications, from the other hand. Possibilities of programming with NeoBook allows to recommend this technology both for educational purposes and for professional use.
