The article considers the two-way influence between international legal normative acts on human rights and internal and foreign policy of the US Congress. General scientific methods as analyses and synthesis are used, and also legalistic method is used. The conclusion about necessity of enforcement of generally recognized principles of human rights and respect of them by all subjects of international relations is made.

«Государственные нужды как сущностный признак изъятия земель: пробелы в законодательстве»
Проблема изъятия земельных участков для государственных и муниципальных нужд на сегодняшний день является одной из наиболее актуальных и обсуждаемых в земельном праве. Одна из причин этого – реализация в России масштабных национальных проектов. Однако, законодательство не раскрывает понятия «государственные нужды». В статье предпринята попытка восполнить данный пробел. Изучены материалы судебной практики по делам об изъятии земель для государственных нужд, законодательство и позиции учёных. Дано авторское определение понятия «государственные нужды».

There aren't any deaths in this properly treatment
