The paper presents the content analysis of macro- and micro-elements in the sapropel deposits of Lake Kubalah, which will allow us to evaluate the quality of sapropel and its utilization efficiency as a valuable organo-mineral material. The authors of the article define relevance and novelty of the paper. The detailed analysis of sapropel deposits of Lake Kubalah, situated in terrace above the flood-plain of (Magan) flat cryolitic zone of Central Yakutia.

The article presents the results of a complex study of the introduction of vitamin and microelement complexes with the pharmacological adaptogen on the immunological resistance of the young people. There is a more pronounced increase in the functional capacity of the organism under the influence of vitamin and microelement additives to food, especially in combination with the pharmacologically adaptogen, due to the positive effect of these complexes on the intensity of the exchange of trace elements, mainly iron, on hematopoiesis and immunological reactivity of the organism.

The authors note that at children iron deficiency anemia leads to growth of infectious incidence of respiratory organs and digestive tract. Iron is necessary for normal functioning of structures of a brain, at its insufficient contents the psychological child development is broken. At the children who had iron deficiency anemia in infancy at the age of 3–4 years there are violations of transfer of nervous impulses from the centers of a brain to organs of hearing and sight because of violation of a miyelinizathion and, as a result of it, violation of conductivity of nerves. In children, early detection of risk factors leads to a decrease in the incidence of scarce anemia.

Целью этого исследования было изучение микроэлементов и полисахаридов в Cladonia rangiferina в зависимости от мест произрастания для оценки лекарственного сырья. В настоящее время, несмотря на большие успехи современной медицины и фармакологии, вопросы по изучению и поиску лекарственных растений остаются актуальными. На территории Якутии насчитывает около 300 видов лекарственных растений, местное лекарственное сырье почти не используется населением, одними из которых является лишайники. В результате проведенного анализа в экстрактах Cladonia rangiferina были обнаружены макроэлементы K, Ca, Mn, Na, а также микроэлементы Fe, Mg, Cu, Ni, Zn, Sr, Cr, Ba. Наибольшее содержание свинца, никеля и цинка обнаружены в слоевищах Cladonia rangiferina собранных в северной Якутии (с. Саскылах), не превышающие ПДК. Количественное содержание комплекса полисахаридов в Cladonia rangiferina, Северной Якутии (с. Саскылах) увеличился на 12,73% по сравнению с слоевищами лишайников Центральной Якутии (г. Покровск).

В данной статье поднимается актуальная проблема организации питания детей раннего возраста. Особое внимание уделяется качественной оценки рациона питания детей, его эколого-гигиеническим характеристикам. Рассматриваются причины и факторы, приводящие к нарушению веса у детей.
