Автором отмечается, что определение публичной власти выступает одной из актуальных задач современной юридической науки, в силу своего особого практического значения. Полагаясь на такой всеобщий метод познания, как материалистическая диалектика, руководствуясь общенаучными методами анализа, синтеза, а также специальными методами сравнительного правоведения, предлагается определить публичную власть как систему волевых коммуникаций, имеющих публичный характер и обуславливающих интересы отдельных индивидов, образуемых ими коллективных образований и всего общества в целом.

«INTERACTION OF THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT WITH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES IN IMPLEMENTING THE STATE'S DOMESTIC POLICY»
The article examines the problems of interaction between the Government of the Russian Federation and state authorities in the process of implementing the state's domestic policy. It analyzes the legislative framework, reveals the specifics of the division of powers between different branches of government, and identifies the main issues that arise in administrative practice. The article focuses on coordinating the activities of these bodies, delineating their competencies, and harmonizing their actions. Based on the current legislation and practical examples in this area of public administration, the article proposes suggestions for improving the interaction between the Government of the Russian Federation and state authorities to enhance the effectiveness of implementing domestic policy.
