In recent years there has been a significant increase in the number of children with speech disorders. Singing as part of the musical education of children in kindergarten is of great importance for activating the speech of older preschool children.

В данной статье рассматривается проблема введения в учебный план ДМШ дополнительной предпрофессиональной программы «Основы дирижирования». Отмечается недостаточность отведенных учебных часов на освоение данного курса, в связи с чем предлагается целенаправленно начинать развитие многих необходимых музыкальных способностей в более раннем возрасте, как базу для становления дирижерской деятельности (на примере развития метроритмического чувства у младших школьников на хоровых занятиях в ДМШ).

The article deals with the connection between singing and psycho-physiological state of people, as well as the reflection of this phenomenon in linguistic consciousness by means of the musical metaphor in English. Both the historical backgrounds of the problem and up-to-date researches have been taken into consideration.
