«Synergic principles as a base working out of curriculums for professional formation on foreign language in non-linguistic universities»
The conception of synergic approach presented in the article concerns building curriculums for foreign language. The competency format of the Federal State Educational Standard is a ground for structuring curriculums on the following principles: interdisciplinary, homeostatic, hierarchical, open, complimentary, nonlinear and activity and communication unity. It enables the education system to prepare a perspective specialist for an efficient professional performance.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the content of the term and structure of a language personality in a diachronic way. Based on the historic review of the key scientific papers of Russian scientists and documents of Council of Europe in the area of language education, the content of the term and structure of a new language personality with ability to act in the plurilingual and pluricultural world as well as being an object of forming in a language educational environment is synthesised.
