The article is devoted to the study and analysis of tourist and recreational activities in the territory of the Natural Park "Lena Pillars". In the course of the analysis, the natural and recreational potential of the Natural Park "Lena Pillars", positive and negative influences of tourist and recreational activities on its territory were revealed.

Family is a system of a person’s social functioning. The article consists of the survey that was conducted April, 7–11, 2017, among students from NEFU: “Attitudes of teenagers to family values”. The study involved 150 students from NEFU. The aim of the research is to determine the level of teenagers’ readiness for family life and the factors affecting the creation of a new family. This analysis showed that most students are not ready to marry and have a wrong idea of ​​creating a family.

The article deals with the problem of human resources of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) with regard to its territorial characteristics, specific features that affect their formation and distribution. Basing on the statistical data the authors discover the main trends in the development of the regional market to be considered in carrying out socio-economic policy.
