the article deals with the problem of human resources of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) with regard to its territorial characteristics, specific features that affect their formation and distribution. Basing on the statistical data the authors discover the main trends in the development of the regional market to be considered in carrying out socio-economic policy.
