В статье рассматривается физическое воспитание детей дошкольного возраста как процесс целенаправленного и систематического формирования здорового, полноценного человека, его приобщение к физической культуре и стремление к физическому совершенству. Деятельность ребенка раннего и дошкольного возраста выражается прежде всего в движениях, развитость движений – один из показателей правильного психического развития.
