This article substantiates the communicative success of younger schoolchildren - the result of students acquiring positive experience in educational communicative activities, manifested in the desire of children to engage in educational communication at their level of development, learning, and upbringing.

The analysis of results of a pilot study of formation of communicative skills at children of preschool age with visual impairment is presented in article.

Currently, the development of communication abilities of preschool children is alarming. Children, have serious difficulties in communication and interaction with peers and adults, in systems "child-child", "child-adult". Children do not know how to communicate with each other, have difficulties in mastering moral norms, there is an increased conflict in communicating with each other, the manifestation of indifference to the problems of peers, unwillingness to give up or agree.

The problem of professional adaptation and the formation of teachers is covered in the work. The specific of the training of future teachers in the university that is focused on the development of pedagogical abilities is described. On the basis of the personal and activity approach, the examples of assignments are presented in connection with various groups of pedagogical abilities.
