The article presents brief information about the concept of the language R, its main features for statistical analysis. Some methods of data analysis with R system are considered: one-dimensional statistical characteristics of the sample, the graphical method and the analytical method, the dispersion method, the correlation analysis and linear regression. Methods for estimating the correspondence between the distribution of experimental data to the standard law are also given.

The article deals with the method of collecting and processing the measuring information of the main static characteristics used to assess the quality and acceptability of measurement processes. The results of the analysis of the acceptability of the measuring process indicate the acceptability of this measuring process as a whole.
