The article is devoted to the prevention of stressful states of a person to whom he is exposed in the modern world, as well as the normalization of the emotional state, mainly with the help of art methods. It is shown how art therapy is the way of creativity, helps to express oneself, increase self-esteem, resolve internal problems and find the right way out of them. By the way, the general question of the harmonization of personal development, the process of individualization of self-development of the individual on the establishment of a balance between the conscious and the unconscious, is raised. By strengthening the stress resistance of the human body, improving its emotional state and changing thinking, using art methods, you can find important resources for life in general.
