The article addresses issues related to the organization of external municipal financial control in municipal districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), problems concerning the organization of external municipal financial control, in particular, the analysis of legislative provisions related to the legal status and transfer of powers to the Accounts Chamber of the RS (Yakutia).

The article analyzes the role of audit in improving the organization's strategy. According to the author, modeling the systems of personnel management is a complex and multifaceted process and its basic step is to assess the system, including analysis of the structures, processes, and company/organization personnel quality through carrying out audit of the personnel management system.

The article presents arguments justifying the need for regular control procedures of fixed assets. The paper explains the impact on the reliability in the light of such factors as the degree of automation of accounting data, the human factor, the specifics of the internal reporting and accounting policy. The requirements for the implementation of analytical procedures in the conduct of internal audit of fixed assets are formulated.

In this article the actual problem of perception of sounding speech is illuminated. Listening is offered to solve this problem. The authors presented the basic mechanisms of work with audio recordings, as well as the difficulties that may be encountered during operation. Examples of work with audio recordings are given for the development of speech audio perception.
