«LANDSCAPE DESIGN: FEATURES OF DESIGNING PUBLIC SPACES OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT»
The article discusses the features of landscape design in cities of northern latitudes on the example of the development of the project of the alley "Puzzle" in the city of Nizhnevartovsk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia). Analog projects of urban environment design are analyzed. The concept of the project, its ideological basis, which would correspond to the style and fit into the atmosphere of the city, is revealed; stylistic solutions (minimalism) and spatial composition of the alley "Puzzle" are described; techniques of landscaping are revealed.
