The technological principles of increasing the physical and mechanical characteristics of oxide and nitride ceramics plates by surface treatment, combining various options of abrasive action and coating are revealed in this article. The author carried out the analysis of wear-resistant coating compositions for various operating conditions of ceramics and provided information about their effect on strength characteristics and the distribution of residual stresses in the surface layer.

Sulfur dioxide and potassium sorbate are often used in the food industry and winery. This research shows which dose is potentially a threat to human's health. According to the norms of the Customs Union – the permissible dose of sulfites in wine is 300 mg/l. In this amount for healthy people, the E220 additive does not pose a threat. According to the research, the safest wines, with the minimum amount of conservation agents are "organic" wines, the content of sulfur dioxide in them is from 10 mg/l to 120 mg/l.

The article presents the research of spintronic devices. According to the authors, using extraction and pyrolytic method it was possible to obtain tertiary oxide in La-Sr-MnO system and to research magnetic behavior of obtained film.

In a flow reactor at atmospheric pressure and temperatures of 295 to 423 K studied the reaction of hydrogenation of carbon oxide (II) catalyst semiconductor ZnTe. It is established that the main product of the reaction is gaseous formaldehyde. Confirmed-on the previously proposed scheme of reaction mechanism of hydrogenation of carbon oxide (II) on al-mesopotania semiconductors.

Автор данной статьи указывает, что одной из основных причин появления высолов на поверхности цеметного камня является несвязный гидроксид кальция. При введении в качестве добавки микрокремнезема в состав бетона отмечается повышение прочностных характеристик, а также уплотнение цементной матрицы вследствие связывания свободного гидроксида кальция.
