«The role of educational work in creating a psychologically safe educational environment»
Abstract: This article examines educational work in an educational institution as a crucial condition for the harmonious development of a student's personality and, simultaneously, as a factor in creating a psychologically safe educational environment. It describes the concept and characteristics of psychological safety in an educational environment, and analyzes the main areas, forms, and methods of teacher educational work, as well as the organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure its effectiveness. The author concludes that a systematic and targeted approach to educational work is essential, combining the efforts of teachers, families, and the student.
