In the conditions of formation of a new technological structure of the economy, it becomes necessary to more efficiently redistribute capital with the help of information and communication technologies. Integration processes in financial and telecommunication services markets allow to reduce transaction costs, increase labor productivity and quality of services. Conceptually, it is important to study the problem of creating a common information base for the functioning of infrastructure entities in the financial services market. Modern advanced technologies allow this to be done in practice.

В данной статье рассматриваются самые распространённые способы построения VoIP-сервисов для предприятия, их сильные и слабые стороны и приводится заключение о рациональности их применения в тех или иных условиях ведения бизнеса.

В статье рассмотрено и экспериментально показано влияние пропускной способности сети с коммутацией пакетов (IP-сети) на качество установленного телефонного соединения по технологии VoIP. Полученные результаты эксперимента показали ухудшение, а в некоторых случаях невозможность качественной передачи пакетов VoIP. Сделаны выводы о целесообразности применения конкретного голосового кодека в условиях ограниченности полосы пропускания.

The article reviews the purpose and tasks of satellite monitoring of railway transport, reveals the development of global satellite navigation systems of the US, Russia, EU and China – space and user segments; of ground telecommunications satellite systems – control segments of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou; domestic developments in satellite technology. Considering techno-economic and socio-humanitarian perspective, as well as the geopolitical nature of satellite monitoring, it is recommended, firstly, to expand significantly the range of user’s equipment GLONASS, to improve its technical level and quality, and secondly, while choosing the satellite constellation to support domestic technological development.

В данной статье раскрыта тема истории развития телекоммуникаций. Рассмотрены понятия «информационно-телекоммуникационная революция» и «глобальная информатизация». Проанализированы перспективные технологии в области инфокоммуникационных систем. Сделаны выводы о тенденциях развития инфокоммуникационных систем.

The article defines the requirements for evaluating the effectiveness of IT strategy stages of telecommunications industry organizations. The rationale of evaluating each individual stage is described and criteria for evaluation are proposed.
