Currently, the development of communication abilities of preschool children is alarming. Children, have serious difficulties in communication and interaction with peers and adults, in systems "child-child", "child-adult". Children do not know how to communicate with each other, have difficulties in mastering moral norms, there is an increased conflict in communicating with each other, the manifestation of indifference to the problems of peers, unwillingness to give up or agree.

The article describes the process of pedagogical high school students’ ethnocultural competence formation while teaching psychological disciplines cycle. The necessity of developing psychological ability of future teachers to work in a multicultural educational environment is confirmed. The author demonstrates the efficiency of the situational approach to interactive lessons organization.
