«Encouragement of social educators of minors»
The article contains the results of the analysis of the legal regulation of the types and procedures of encouragement of social educators of minors, as one of the measures increasing their efficiency and stimulating their activity. The research was done on the basis of a complex approach, comparative method and the principle of methodological pluralism. The paper researches Federal legislation and regional acts of the 17 subjects of the Russian Federation, characterized by different approaches to the regulation of social educator’s encouragement measures. In conclusion classification is given of the measures of social educator’s encouragement (in the spheres of financial support, information support, education, employment and public recognition of merits). Evaluation of their efficiency is done.

«Revisiting the understanding of legal consciousness review of convicted minors»
Under the modern reform of social and legal sphere in the Russian state and expansion of citizens’ legal consciousness it is important is to understand legal consciousness review as a unique and holistic phenomenon. The author analyses current rules of the state which promote legal consciousness of convicted minors. The research presents the modern understanding of such phenomenon as legal consciousness review of convicted minors as a condition reflecting individual’s consciousness in understanding laws and statutes.

«Status of juvenile crime on the national and regional level (at the North Caucasus Federal District example)»
The article analyzes the state of juvenile delinquency from 2010 to 2015 in Russia as a whole, as well as at the level of North Caucasian Federal District, the possible causes of its dynamics. Based on the analysis the necessary measures to prevent juvenile delinquency are revealed.

The article considers the issue of forensic characterization of crimes committed by minors. The subject of discussion in science are the questions about the structure of criminalistic characteristics of the studied criminal acts. Based on analysis of the poins of view available in literature the author offers elements to be included in the structure of the criminological characteristics of such crimes.
