«Metaphorical modelling of the heart in medical scientific discourse»
Metaphorical modelling is one way of expressing knowledge in scientific discourse. This article identifies metaphorical models functioning in scientific medical discourse. The metaphorical representation of the heart and its normal physiology is analyzed on the material of physiology and anatomy academic works.

«Meta concept analysis of an artwork on the lessons of the Russian and foreign literature»
This article discusses a new approach to the methodology of teaching literature, based on the study of artistic concepts, and proposes a new method for the analysis of the artwork - meta concept analysis. The authors presented a detailed description of the implementation meta concept analysis on the example of studying the novel by Boris Pasternak "Doctor Zhivago."

The English phrasal verbs are analyzed as the analytical verb lexemes. The analysis is carried out through the binary role of the postpositions in these verbs – word-building and conceptual from the synchronic and diachronic view-points. The conceptual sets of the postpositions are presented and characterized. Special attention is devoted the postposition up.
