Международный опыт показывает, что ипотечный рынок – важнейший фактор развития экономики, а ипотечное кредитование является одним из самых надежных видов кредитования с возможными рисками как для заемщиков, так и кредиторов, и инвесторов. Автор статьи считает, что разработка страховых механизмов снижения рисков, изучение опыта США, Канады и Европейских стран позволит сформировать и научно обосновать направления развития страхования рисков ипотечного кредитования в России.

«Mortgage and insurance market of the Russian Federation: trends of development»
The article is focused on analysis of trends in the development of the mortgage and insurance market in the period from 2007 to 2014. The article presents the Russian and international approaches to define the essence of mortgage insurance, reveals goals of mortgage system functioning, analyzes key indicators of mortgage market development and identified factors influencing its development.
