В статье, подготовленной в рамках гранта Российского экономического университета им. Г.В. Плеханова «Разработка и апробация механизма оценки квалификаций сотрудников индустрии гостеприимства и выпускников вузов на основе применения профессиональных стандартов», обосновывается актуальность разработки методического инструментария для проведения оценки квалификаций сотрудников и выпускников вузов на основе профессиональных стандартов с целью успешной реализации формирования национальной системы профессиональных квалификаций. Авторами приводится методика разработки оценочных средств, делаются выводы о ключевых этапах, влияющих на формирование и развития качественной и объективной оценки квалификаций на основе профессиональных стандартов в индустрии гостеприимства.

The process of evaluation of qualifications of the nuclear industry employees is described. Assessment of qualifications is carried out in accordance with the requirements of professional standards. The list of professional qualifications in the field of nuclear energy is approved. Each qualification is based on the description of job functions. Assessment tool skill is the assessment tools set. The expert groups are organized to develop the assessment tools sets.

This work describes of the process of assessment and certification of qualifications of nuclear industry employeess worked out in the context of national qualification system of evaluation on the basis of professional standards development. was conducted The graduates of the Association of supporting high schools of state group of corporations "Rosatom" participated in qualification assessment procedure. The adaptation of computer simulator for nuclear power plant maintenance in operation to be used in the practical part of the certification tests was implemented. The authors have developed an evaluation system of experts social competence on the basis of collaboration with the adapted simulation.
