The authors investigated physical development of kindergarten preparatory group children by recording anthropometric indicators and using Romberg tests to assess balance. Deviations in the harmonious development of children with musculoskeletal system disorders were revealed, as well as the decline in motor coordination indicators. A selection of developmental / remedial exercises for prevention of of the musculoskeletal system disorders in children was carried out.

The dependence of the state of health on various factors is analyzed, the main one of which is a healthy lifestyle, to be more precise - physical activity, the beneficial effects of its influence on organs and organ systems, and the positivity of the effect in the form of disease prevention.
