Аннотация

Компульсивный шопинг, или сompulsive buying disorder (CBD в англо-язычной литературе) рассматривается как один из вариантов аддиктивного поведения, характеризующегося чрезмерными, ненужными тратами, т.н., стереотипным «покупательским поведением», что влечет за собой развитие различных эмоциональных нарушений и экономических проблем. Коморбидность компульсивного шопинга связана с аффективными нарушениями, тревожными расстройствами, нарушением пищевого по-ведения, расстройствами, связанными употреблением психоактивных веществ и другой патологией импульсного контроля. Общность патогенетических механизмов, клинической картины, подходов к лечению позволяет отнести компульсивный шопинг к одному из вариантов нехимической зависимости.
