According to the author, the social partnership is considered as the factor of professional becoming and adaptation of students at the universities from the point of view of three-level model at stages of educational order development, employment and competitiveness of young experts. All this demands creation of the special structure uniting all components of vocational counselling.

The article is devoted to one of the most important components of learning process – learning principles. Learning principles is a set of rules that allows to make an educational process more efficient. The article covers some traditional and modern classifications of principles. The analysis of modern principles of teaching foreign languages has been done here. A number of social contradictions relevant to the modern educational process are mentioned (for example, the increasing amount of digestible information and a limited number of hours allocated for acquisition). Teaching foreign languages ​​is an actively developing field of e-learning. Creating an online course on teaching a foreign language is one of the possible options for the systematization and organization of all components of the learning process. The electronic training course is an educational electronic publication or resource for supporting the educational process in institutions of general, special, professional education. The article considers the main components of a specialized online course «Electronic Literature: language and digital culture education practice» and its introduction into the educational process within the framework of the educational program for undergraduates who major in Pedagogical Education at Novosibirsk State Technical University. This interdisciplinary resource is relevant for teaching foreign languages ​​and literature, it plays an important role in improving the level of linguistic and cultural competence.

The article is devoted to the problem of socio-cultural interaction between institutions of higher education and cultural institutions. The author considers some features of the joint educational and cultural-educational activities of the museum and university in conditions of diversification of higher education.

The article considers the process of student's government participation at educational organizations of higher education and professional educational organizations in the activities of working groups to discuss some issues concerning students. Attention is paid to the legal component of the work of student's self-government. Analyzing the situation on this issue throughout the country, the author has noted the main directions of the development of student’s government as a civil institution of a democratic society.
