The developed mathematical optimization model for the scheduled repair periodicity of the motor vehicle aggregates that provide traffic safety allows to increase the level of fail-safety, acceptable costs and any laws of their resources distribution. The article describes the possibilities of the model expansion taking into account the cost of the restored spare part.

«Lithuanian medical tourism cluster: conditions and background for functioning»
As the global economy develops, more and more attention is paid to the creation of tourist clusters, which are extremely important for the economy and national competitiveness. This article analyzes the cluster of medical tourism in Lithuania, and explores the conditions for its successful functioning. The creation of the medical tourism cluster is highly influenced by a number of factors: the regulation of tourist and medical services, the level of entrepreneurial activity, human resources, the experience of partnership. In addition, the article analyzes the structure of the medical tourism cluster, determines the prerequisites for the functioning of the Lithuanian medical tourism cluster, including a wide range of services, European standards for the provision of medical services, high qualification of specialists, etc. When writing the article, the methods of systematic and logical analysis of scientific literature were used.

«General development trends of medical tourism in Lithuania»
This article analyzes general trends of the development of Lithuanian medical tourism, as well as relevant problems that hamper its development. The article describes the specialization of the private and public sectors in providing medical services, analyzes the flows of medical tourists to Lithuania, and discusses the concept of clustering medical tourism in the country. In particular, the article contains a SWOT analysis of this sector. When writing the article, the methods of systematic, statistical and logical analysis of scientific literature were used.

«The mechanism of tax administration and the priorities of tax reform in the context of business environment improvement»
In the XXIst century the role of tax administration is becoming more and more important in the increasingly stiff competition and economic reforms in the World Economy. The article has studied the human factor regarding it as an inseparable part of tax administration. The article also investigates the following issues tax administration faces: provision of new tax privileges for imported goods, provision of favorable tax incentives for local goods in case of joining the Eurasian Economic Union, repression of tax/GDP correlation, etc. Imperfections was identified in each field and the ways for their solution have been suggested.

«Economic methods of optimization of the composition supplying systems of the objects of oil and gas industry»
Preventing possible refusals of oil and gas production facilities is an important task in the development of new fields and requires a number of measures to ensure their reliability and resiliency. Applying neural technology, the author has developed the classifier revealing possible deviations and anomalies at drilling of oil and gas wells, algorithm for determining the structure and composition of a set of spare assets and supplies for the restoration of the operability of the rig for drilling oil and gas wells after the failure of individual components.
