The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the internal financial statements and forms of internal financial statements for the lessee to generate the amount of lease payments; for a lessor to control the receipt and expenditure of funds from the lessee in terms of debt repayment, lease payments; the methods of calculating the lease payments with a view to their optimization for the lessee are offered. For the lessor this calculation will provide a fixed rate of return, and the lessee – the profitability of the transaction and, the level of costs defined under current conditions.

In the present paper the structure of the social and economic potential of the territory is analyzed, the existing approaches and points of view are examined. The author describes content and structure of the territory potential, within which the functioning environment is highlighted. It is offered to use the resource-environment approach to the description of the marketing potential of the region; the key resource elements of the territory potential are closely described in the paper.

The paper considers the problem of the formation of a competent manager, who is able to fulfill the tasks, aimed at effective organizational development of not only autonomous enterprises, but also intensively forming innovative cluster formations of regions that is relevant in the current economic, social and political development of the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that today the formation and improvement of the manager's personal competence as a component of professional competence, acquires great importance in order to create the necessary conditions for the successful functioning of the territorial cluster. The structural and contextual essence of the manager's personal competence as a universal component of the individual is specified. The main features of the manager's personal competence in the context of cluster entities are determined, taking into account the specifics of the region, the comprehensive interaction of cluster enterprises, the features of corporate partnership and individual cooperation.

The problem of developing low-yield oilfields in the Orenburg region is an important problem for the regional economy. Changes in the natural structure of pore space occur during the filtration of fluids during the development of deposits. Technological (injected into the reservoir water) and natural (oil) fluids contain a large number of solid particles of various origins - mechanical, salt, biological, paraffin, resinous asphaltene, etc. During fluid filtration, part of the pores are blocked by these particles (collation of pore systems). Considering the existing technical solutions of the devices that allow to destroy the bottomhole formation zone and revealing their shortcomings, we proposed a device for multiple hydroimpulse impact on the reservoir, which can be used in conjunction with string pumps during well development.

The monograph examines the problem for the role of team within the time of continuing qualification, without subsequent certification of starting-up teachers. Analysis has been made of the normative documents, specialized pedagogic and methodological literature. The research section provides the author’s investigation of educational staff attitude to improve the pedagogic competency thru participation in formal and informal education with the assistance of mentors. The monograph is intended for students, teachers and university lecturers.

In the work the problems of reflection, its role in the process of teaching foreign languages are considered. Correlation of reflection, self-estimation and motivation as the most important factor influencing the successful learning of a foreign language is reviewed. The author analyzes methodical technologies of the «language portfolio», gives examples of methods of reflection used as a methodological tool in the field of teaching foreign languages.

The paper emphasizes the relevance of the reader’s competence development at the University by means of English as a Foreign Language as an important component of the formation of communicative professionally oriented competence for the purpose of pursuing long life professional, research and personal growth of graduates at the international level in a global multicultural world. Specificity of forming the readers’ competence of students of technical specialties at the University is analyzed, taking into account the educational levels of the academic space organization at the university. The set of essential approaches: competence, interdisciplinary and personality-oriented in the process of English for Specific Purposes learning is taken into account. The concept of “reading competence” is considered as a valuable component of general professional competence of Higher School students of non-linguistic major. The importance of using Internet technologies as an interactive basis for teaching English for Specific Purposes is accented.
