Abstract
Today, the domestic education system are fundamentally new spiritual, moral and socio-economic requirements. It is necessary to clearly formulate a national education policy that will achieve the modern quality of education, its conformity to actual and perspective requirements of personality, society, state. It should reflect the national interests in education and to consider the General trends of world development.
