Abstract

В данной статье поднимается вопрос о компетенциях современных учителей и их подготовке. Затронут вопрос несоответствия требований и реальных знаний педагогической психологии у выпускников-студентов. А также рассматривается один из подходов к пониманию роли учителя и его самосовершенствованию.
