Abstract

The following article studies the problem of language in intercultural aspect. Key content of the article is an analysis of language as one of the main components of culture. The authors pay much attention to universal and unite character of essential properties of language and this fact creates the main linguistic background for understanding between nations using different languages and subsequently the background for learning any concrete language by the representative of any language collective.
