The main purpose of spiritually – moral education of preschool children is laying the foundations of a spiritual – moral value orientations of children. The tale is one of the leading means of spiritual-moral education of children.

The article raises the question of the relevance of increasing and improving the ICT competence of teachers of preschool educational organization; the review of normative legal documents related to this problem is carried out; some difficulties in the formation of ICT competence of teachers of preschool educational organization and ways of improvement are revealed.
