This article aims to study and formation of opinions about the priority lectures, because recently in technical institutions of higher learning is gaining great momentum learning with practical orientation and preference is given to practical methods and forms of education. It substantiates the need to use a lecture in the consideration of various scientific concepts of problem, for which there are divergent views, opinions and concepts. The authors sought to interest the whole set up and their
